Free One-Way Branch Transfer

No one-way drop-off fee applies when the pickup and return points are at our Kayseri City and Kayseri Airport (Erkilet) branches.

Dusa Rent a Car offers transfers between its Kayseri City branch and Kayseri Airport (Erkilet) branch without applying a one-way drop-off fee. Customers may start the rental contract at one branch and conclude it at the other; no additional charge is levied for this transfer.

Service Description

  • Valid exclusively between the Kayseri City branch and Kayseri Airport branch (Erkilet, IATA: ASR).
  • Applies in both directions: pickup at City – return at Airport, or pickup at Airport – return at City.
  • The standard one-way drop-off fee is waived on this route.
  • Available 24/7, including weekends and public holidays.

When It Is Most Useful

  • Visitors arriving in Kayseri by air who wish to return the car in the city centre.
  • Customers picking up in the city centre and returning the vehicle at the airport before their departure flight.
  • Business travellers who arrive at the airport, take meetings in the city and return the car downtown.

Terms of Use

  1. At booking, both the pickup and return locations must be selected from Dusa Rent a Car's two Kayseri branches.
  2. Branches in other cities and locations outside these two are excluded; standard one-way drop-off fees apply.
  3. For airport pickups, the flight number must be entered on the reservation form.
  4. The campaign does not affect the daily rental rate; only the one-way drop-off fee line item is removed.
  5. May be combined with other campaigns (long-term discount, weekend package, etc.). The free branch transfer is independent of any discount calculation.

Comparison with Standard Terms

Under standard conditions, a one-way drop-off fee is charged for returns at a different branch. Under this campaign, that line item is set to zero for transfers between the two Kayseri branches. The reservation summary displays "One-way fee: ₺0".

Important Notes

  • The campaign is ongoing; it may be revised by Dusa Rent a Car for specific periods, with prior notice.
  • If branch capacity at the return time requires additional waiting, the customer is informed via the reservation communication channel.
  • The customer must meet the standard rental conditions (age, licence duration, ID, etc.).
